These no-bake fiber balls are packed with chia seeds and ground flax seeds, they’re loaded with omega-3s, fiber, and plant-based protein to keep you energized and full throughout the day. The nutty texture pairs perfectly with natural sweetness from dates or honey, making them a delicious and nutritious grab-and-go option. Whether you need a post-workout bite or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, these fiber balls are a super easy way to nourish your body without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup flax seed
  • 1/3 cup chia seed
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Chocolate chips (measure with your heart)

Directions

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Add wet ingredients to your dry mixture
  3. Scoop into balls and enjoy!
  4. Store up to 14 days in the refrigerator

Notes

Sometimes, I add in protein powder if I need it to be a more filling snack. The flax & chia seeds add in lots of fiber so make sure to drink lots of water with these! Refrigerate after making, they keep up to two weeks.
