These no-bake fiber balls are packed with chia seeds and ground flax seeds, they’re loaded with omega-3s, fiber, and plant-based protein to keep you energized and full throughout the day. The nutty texture pairs perfectly with natural sweetness from dates or honey, making them a delicious and nutritious grab-and-go option. - 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- Chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
Directions
- Mix together dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Add wet ingredients to your dry mixture
- Scoop into balls and enjoy!
- Store up to 14 days in the refrigerator
Notes
Sometimes, I add in protein powder if I need it to be a more filling snack. The flax & chia seeds add in lots of fiber so make sure to drink lots of water with these! Refrigerate after making, they keep up to two weeks.
